Can I transfer my license to another domain?

Yes, We understand that your existing domain name is no longer in use and you would like to transfer everything over to the new domain. First, you should uninstall PHPKB from its current location. Then contact us to transfer your license before uploading PHPKB to the new domain so that we can issue you a license key for installing the knowledge base software on the new domain. Once you have received our confirmation, then you can proceed with installing PHPKB on the new domain.

In any case, one license of PHPKB should not be operational on more than one installation.
