Please note that from the 29th of April 2021 for an undefined period, we will not be able to process Mastercard payments for your orders. Visa processing and any other payment methods available will continue at this time. We continue to work with our payment processing partner to determine if Mastercard processing may resume. We will keep you informed of important updates.
In preparation, our payment processing partner will take the following actions:
- Automatically disable the Mastercard processing option during checkout for all integration types at 12:00 PM CET on 29 April 2021.
- Display the following message to customers attempting to place an order using a Mastercard:
"Your payment could not be completed!" (localized in all supported languages)
