It’s been a while since we didn’t touch our pricing plans and in order to make our business more efficient we have made several changes for new and our current customers.
Effective 14th January 2019, we have revised the annual support and maintenance contract price. The Basic Support Plan is discontinued from immediate effect and cost of premium support contract has been revised to 20% of the price of software license or $135 whichever is higher.
Will it affect me as current customers?
Yes, it will affect all owned license customers, as you will need to renew package to match our new plans once your current subscription ends.
