Hyperlinks from PHPKB Website to External Websites

• There may be cases on PHPKB website when it provides hyperlinks to other locations or websites on the Internet. These hyperlinks may lead to websites published or operated by third parties who are not affiliated with or in any way related to PHPKB. They would have been included in PHPKB website to enhance user experience and are presented for information purposes only. PHPKB will endeavor to select reputable websites and sources of information for user convenience.
• However, by providing hyperlinks to an external website or webpage, PHPKB shall not be deemed to endorse, recommend, approve, guarantee or introduce any third parties or the services/ products they provide on their websites, or to have any form of cooperation with such third parties and websites unless otherwise stated by PHPKB.
• PHPKB will not be any way responsible for the content of any externally linked website or webpage. The user may use or follow these links at their own risk and PHPKB shall be not responsible for any damages or losses incurred or suffered by user arising out of or in connection with the use of the link.

Hyperlinks from External Websites to PHPKB Website

• PHPKB may or may not give approval of creating a hyperlink in any form from a third party website to the PHPKB website at its absolute discretion.
• In normal circumstances, PHPKB may approve a hyperlink which displays plainly the name or website address. We would like you to inform us about any links provided to www.phpkb.com so that you can be informed of any changes or updates therein.
• Any use or display of PHPKB logos, trade names and trademarks as a hyperlink will not be approved unless in very exceptional circumstances and may be subject to a fee as PHPKB may determine at its absolute discretion.
• PHPKB will not be responsible for the setup of any hyperlink from a third party website to any PHPKB website. Any links so set up shall not constitute any form of cooperation with, or endorsement by, PHPKB of such third party website.
• Any link to the PHPKB website shall always be an active and direct link to the website and shall be made directly to the home or front page of the website only and that no "framing" or "deep-linking" of PHPKB web page or content shall be allowed.
